Runner Position at Tuckers Tavern We are part of Fearless Restaurant Group, a multi‑concept group of 10 independent restaurants based in Philadelphia, PA and Long Beach Island, NJ. Tuckers Tavern offers a coastal American menu, raw bar, and a selection of local craft beers. We look for positive, quick, responsible, hands‑on, team‑player runners who can communicate effectively and handle multiple tasks with grace and composure. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor Demonstrate competency in steps of service Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items, especially allergies Provide genuine hospitality Demonstrate professional decorumExpedite the line during service Memorize table numbers and seat numbers Carry trays of plates from the kitchen to guests’ tables Qualifications Positive and constantly smiling Strong communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a friendly manner Comfortable with carrying trays Salary and Benefits Average pay $15‑20 per hour Direct deposit Premium PPO health and dental insurance through Independence Blue Cross Short‑term disability, critical injury and accident insurance available Discounted gym membership at Edge Fitness Clubs Health Savings Account plans available Employee Dining Benefit Program at all Fearless Restaurant locations 401(k) through Vanguard Position: Runner (Full‑time and/or Part‑time).
