Child/Adolescent Remote Tele Health Locum Tenens Job Near the California Bay Area

Details/Requirements:
Need is for 4-5 days/32-40 hours a week for child and adolescent outpatient coverage starting ASAP
Client prefers onsite or a hybrid but will consider 100% remote tele health, if necessary. Use Teams and Doxy.me for tele health.
Must come in for one week onsite for onboarding and orientation and training on EHR, etc. before you start doing remote tele health.
Also, they prefer you to come onsite at least 1 week per quarter. Other than this, all work is remote tele, but again other than the one week onsite for onboarding and orientation, they will consider all remote tele health, if necessary.
Avatar is their EHR, and candidates must be computer savvy.
Board Certification is preferred, not required.
All candidates must be child & adolescent trained.
They see patients ages 3-21.
Hours: 8A-5P M-F pacific time with a required one hour lunch break from 12noon to 1pm every day they work.
No call.
1.5 hours for initial evaluations and 30 minutes for medication follow ups.
30 minutes for medication follow ups.
One hour for patients who are transferred from another doctor to the locum tenens who have already had an initial evaluation by the other doctor.
The doctor is scheduled for a half day one day a week (currently two hours on Wednesdays for a team meeting and two hours on Thursdays seeing patients via remote tele health) to see patients in the Juvenile Hall.
For support staff, client has an MA and 2 RNs.
Will also see patients at two group homes. 6-8 patients, all female teenagers.
They use Verifiable for their credentialing and this is new to them, so they estimate 2 weeks for credentialing time but it could be longer.
