IT Systems Administrator

Network AdministratorThe Network Administrator is responsible for providing technical support and assistance related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role responds to IT inquiries, delivers troubleshooting support across all North American locations, and collaborates with the MIS Manager to identify, develop, and implement effective solutions within established timeframes.Qualifications:Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience requiredProficiency with Microsoft Active Directory (on-premises and cloud-based)Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and server virtualization technologiesFamiliarity with firewall configurations, routing, VPNs, and network securityStrong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesDemonstrated problem-solving skillsAbility to interact professionally with employees and external vendorsPrimary Tasks:Maintain, monitor, and support company networks and serversAssist in maintaining building and network security systemsInstall, configure, and upgrade hardware and components for new and existing employees, including cabling and cable managementInstall and support computer peripherals for end usersDevelop and maintain knowledge of network infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, switches, and access pointsSupport enterprise systems such as Epicor, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and other business applicationsProvide technical support to all physical locations and remote employees across North AmericaDiagnose and resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and hardwareGuide users through troubleshooting steps in a clear, professional mannerTrain employees on systems, software, and best practices related to their rolesMonitor and maintain performance of computer systems and network infrastructureFollow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolvedPerform additional duties as assignedNote: Any employee may be assigned additional or alternate tasks and responsibilities as needed to support departmental or company objectives.
