Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Employing radiographic and CT technology to produce clear, diagnostic images for clinical evaluation
- Collaborating closely with radiologists and other health care professionals to ensure accurate medical assessments
- Ensuring patient positioning is optimal and equipment is finely calibrated for the best possible results
- Maintaining rigorous adherence to radiation safety protocols for patient and staff protection
- Keeping meticulous records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
- Delivering empathetic patient care throughout all imaging procedures
- Fostering a safe, orderly, and productive imaging environment
Educational Qualifications
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree will set you apart
- Graduation from an accredited radiology program is essential
Certifications Needed
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is a must
- Current BLS certification or willingness to secure certification within 90 days of employment
