What youll do: Display cooperation, a sense of urgency, pride in your work, and food safety through high integrity performance of ware washing and facility maintenance duties Work with the kitchen team to keep all cookware and storage containers clean and in good shape Maintain organization of cookware by returning it to its respective storage areas properly Learn and retain standard operating procedures for all sanitation duties while consistently following a timeline and cleaning project schedule Partner with kitchen team to promote teamwork and efficient excellence in station turnover and end of shift breakdown Empty trash containers regularly Check cook stations for dirty dish pickups Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed Perform additional cleaning duties as requested Clean food prep stations and equipment Food prep What you get from us: Competitive pay Awesome free meals (on shift) Food Discounts Air-conditioned kitchen* Growth potential What we need from you: Reliability Solid transportation Flexibility in scheduling Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time Ability to lift heavy objects over your head *Please note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
