Patient Care Coordinator / Behavioral Health Operations Assistant
(Restorative Alternative Wellness Group – Oklahoma City)
Restorative Alternative Wellness Group (RAW, INC.) is seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Patient Care Coordinator to support the daily operations of our behavioral health practice.
This is NOT simply a “front desk” position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving mental health environment and who can help support office operations, scheduling, intake coordination, EHR systems, and client communication.
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience with EHR systems required
• Behavioral health or medical office experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Self-starter with initiative and follow-through
• Professional, emotionally mature, and dependable
• Comfortable learning scheduling, insurance-related tasks, and office coordination
Responsibilities Include:
• Scheduling appointments
• Client communication and intake support
• EHR documentation/navigation
• Supporting office workflow and provider coordination
• Assisting with insurance verification and operational tasks
Position Details:
• Part-time: approximately 25–29 hours weekly
• Starting pay: $18/hour
• Opportunity to increase to $20/hour within first 6 months based on performance, reliability, and competency
• Growth potential within the organization
