This role involves visiting patients in their homes. The therapist will interact with a patient-to-therapist ratio of 1:1. The standard expectation is to visit up to 6 patients per day. Productivity points are targeted at 30 per day. Weekend work is not required. The traveler is expected to have their own transportation. The facility emphasizes minimizing drive and windshield time. The maximum radius for patient visits is approximately 60 miles. Business casual attire is preferred; scrubs are allowed but not required. Charting will be done through remote client systems. The facility provides mileage reimbursement. Both state licenses are required for this position. It is essential for candidates to possess the listed certifications and skills related to home health care. References must cover recent work experience. Additionally, candidates should be adaptable as floating between different facilities may be necessary. Candidates will be expected to manage appointment scheduling and supply orders as part of their duties. Experience in a range of therapeutic skills is required to address diverse patient needs.
