Loan Officer Team Lead - Remote Position

Industry Experience Minimum of 1 year of Loan Origination experience. Desired Degrees / Certifications None specified. Responsibilities Proactively solicit new residential mortgage business. Regularly identify, develop and maintain a quality network of business relationships. Provide an exceptional, effortless customer experience by pre‑qualifying potential borrowers and maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain professional relationships, promote the successes of the company and coworkers, and act as a team player. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Provides strong customer service to internal and external customers. Exceptional organization and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Independent, self‑starting, team player with a positive attitude. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data. Working knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory (federal and state) guidelines. Working knowledge of mortgage origination process, FNMA, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines.
