We’re a multifamily real estate company seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations for a portfolio of real estate entities. If you have a sharp eye for detail, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know your way around property financials—we’d love to talk. What You'll Own Full-Cycle Accounting Oversight: Manage day-to-day accounting for a group of multifamily entities, ensuring accurate transaction processing and financial integrity. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Lead monthly close, prepare financial statements, and deliver actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders. Team Leadership: Oversee a team of accountants; promote collaboration, and accountability. Process Optimization: Identify ways to streamline accounting systems and implement automation or efficiencies, especially in real estate-related workflows. Audit & Compliance: Lead internal and external audit prep, maintain compliance with GAAP and relevant property management standards. Requirements What You Bring Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (Master’s or CPA a strong plus) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity Direct experience in real estate or property management accounting Strong command of GAAP and familiarity with real estate financial reporting Proficiency with accounting software (Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, or similar) + Excel Strategic mindset and the ability to align accounting operations with broader business goals Why Join Us?
