Schedule

1st Shift

Pay: $18.50/hour

Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Potential earlier start times of 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM based on business needs. Schedule adjustments will be communicated the day before.

2nd Shift

Pay: $20.35/hour

Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Potential for Contract-to-Hire with long-term career growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive incoming products and verify quantities, quality, and documentation
• Store, organize, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, reach trucks, and cherry picker forklifts
• Use scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
• Work in multiple warehouse environments, including temperature-controlled areas
• Maintain accurate records and follow established warehouse procedures
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse, logistics, material handling, or distribution experience preferred
• Comfortable operating or learning powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and cherry pickers
• Comfortable working at heights when required
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate warehouse systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Regularly lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Perform repetitive tasks including reaching, bending, climbing, and carrying materials
• Work safely in a physically active warehouse environment

Work Environment

This position is based within a distribution facility that includes:

• Room temperature warehouse areas
• Refrigerated cold-room environments
• Freezer storage areas

You'll work in an active warehouse setting where safety, teamwork, and accuracy are essential. The role involves continuous movement throughout the day and requires flexibility to support operational needs, including overtime and schedule changes when provided with advance notice.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Milnor, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
