Seasonal Support Lead — Store Ops & Customer Experience
Five Below, Inc.
Five Below is seeking a Support Lead for a seasonal, part-time role in Knoxville, TN. You will train crew on the BEST customer service experience, oversee daily store operations, assist with receiving stock, and act as Manager on Duty as needed to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service. Role requires 1+ year of managerial experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling.
