Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist near Kansas City, MO to support a part-time school-based role with East Buchanan County C-1. You’ll work just 2 days per week, collaborating with an onsite SLP and supporting a small caseload.
This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility while still staying connected to a school setting. You won’t be on your own, there’s a built-in support system, making the day-to-day feel manageable and rewarding.
For CFY candidates, this can be a strong opportunity to gain school-based experience while working alongside an experienced SLP. CF applicants are welcome, and supervision details can be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy and support IEP goals
Manage a caseload of approximately 9–15 students
Collaborate with onsite SLP and school staff
Complete documentation and attend meetings

Requirements:

Missouri SLP License (or eligibility)
School or pediatric experience preferred

Compensation:

15 hours/week (2 days)
Paid indirect time included
Rate is negotiable for candidates seeking a higher hourly rate based on experience
