What You'll Do You'll help customers navigate one of the biggest purchases they make—and make the process comfortable, professional, and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with customers to understand their needs and identify the right vehicle
• Demonstrating vehicle features and technology
• Conducting professional test drives
• Presenting pricing, purchase, lease, and financing options
• Responding to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Setting and confirming customer appointments
• Following up with prospective customers
• Maintaining relationships with previous customers and generating repeat and referral business
• Developing strong product knowledge of Lincoln and our pre-owned inventory

Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, inside sales, or outside sales experience is a plus—but not required.
