Mechanical Assembler I

Emerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Assembler!

Start your manufacturing career as a Mechanical Assembler I, where you'll perform hands-on assembly of hardware components within PCB systems. This role provides a supportive, training-focused environment designed to build core technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical parts such as brackets, fans, fasteners, and enclosures to PCBAs using standard tools.
• Follow assembly instructions, blueprints to complete basic builds.
• Conduct visual inspections for correct hardware placement and basic fit issues.
• Assist with packaging and labeling completed units.
• Adhere to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and comply with 6S practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary; 0-1 year of general manufacturing or mechanical work is a plus.
• Basic English reading and writing skills required to read work instructions.
• Ability to carry out detailed but straightforward instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
