Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support senior patients in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and document patient progress to promote safety, independence, and functional outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture focused on integrity, respect, and high-quality rehab services for older adults.
