LOCUM Cardiac Step Down Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview Full time LOCUM in a Cardiac and Vascular Stepdown unit for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Charlotte, NC. The assignment starts in early August and lasts 13–26 weeks, with potential for extension. Start and End Dates Start: January 2025 End: 13–26 weeks later, with potential for extension. Shifts 7 on / 7 off; nocturnist role covering nights. Responsibilities Provide Cardiac and Vascular Post‑Op Stepdown coverage. Qualifications ACLS/BLS certification. Experience with EPIC EMR. Valid North Carolina nursing or physician assistant license. Non‑procedure based role. Compensation 1099 compensation, including travel, lodging, rental vehicle or mileage reimbursement.
