Base pay range $58,000.00/yr - $63,000.00/yr About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive customer focused Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing first‑class service to our customers. Candidates will be ideally located in Las Vegas, Denver, Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, Kansas City or neighbouring City/State and near a major airport. Key responsibilities Hardware installation of Vision RT product range – pull cables, mount cameras to ceiling, install monitors and workstations Hardware de‑installation of Vision RT product range Perform site surveys ensuring all aspects of installation requirements are met in line with Vision RT processes and procedures Provide planned maintenance support Highly motivated customer focused technician with excellent customer facing skills Results orientated with a “Can Do” attitude and clear enthusiasm for excelling in customer satisfaction Ability to drill and mount, mechanical bracketry in raised ceilings Ability to read and work with technical drawings and architects’ drawings Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent military education with at least 2 years’ experience servicing hardware electronic equipment, High School Diploma/GED and 5 or more years’ experience servicing hardware or medical devices is also acceptable Experience supporting external and internal customers in the Field Service Engineers territory Extensive domestic travel up to 90% the base pay range for this position is expected to be between $58,000 to $63,000 per year with opportunities for overtime. While the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
