Epic Sr. Manager, Resolute Billing

The Resolute Application Manager provides day-to-day leadership for the Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) application team, ensuring the system fully supports Quest Diagnostics’ revenue cycle, operational, and financial goals. This role is responsible for guiding the team that configures, maintains, and optimizes our critical billing systems. Reporting to the Leader of Epic Resolute, this manager will translate strategic business needs into technical execution. The core focus is on maximizing team performance, ensuring the quality and integrity of all system builds, and delivering an optimized, high-quality billing experience.Pay Range: $145,000 - $160,000 / yearQuest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply. Visual activity requires the ability to tolerate prolonged periods of close computer screens. Work requires speed, accuracy and adeptness to operate in system application. Fast-paced work environment.
