Landscaping Laborer
We are a growing company, currently seeking hard-working, dependable workers to join our team. Landscaping laborers are critical members of our team, ensuring our customers’ vision for beautiful landscape design comes to life. If you love working in a team environment and are passionate about landscape design and maintenance, this challenging position is right for you!
We are looking for full-time landscaping laborers in Middlebury,VT who have experience in:
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing using both riding and push mowers.
- Trim and edge around sidewalks, flower beds, and walls to maintain a neat appearance.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass to enhance landscape aesthetics.
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to ensure healthy plant growth.
- Trim and prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and maintain shape.
- Clear lawn debris using rakes, shovels, and blowers to keep areas tidy.
- Shovel removal during winter months.
Qualifications:
- Must have a five year driving history with a clean record.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to operate standard landscaping machinery such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
- Able to work variable hours which may include weekends and overtime
- Be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
Compensation ranges from $18 to $23 per hour.
*Full time work starts in April.
