Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient facilities, crafting personalized treatment plans to suit their unique needs
• Implement physical therapy techniques to effectively improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality
• Work closely with healthcare professionals such as nurses, physicians, and case managers to enhance patient outcomes

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
