Location Manhattan Beach, California, United States Job Description GENERAL SUMMARY This position is responsible for providing a professional and enjoyable dining experience for restaurant guests. Restaurant servers will take orders, deliver and remove food, and assist with the overall execution of the guest dining experience. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS Provide excellent food and beverage service for restaurant guests. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate. Active participation in events, programs, meetings, and training Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response. Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days, and evenings. Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Experience Minimum one (1) year of Customer Service experience (food service industry experience preferred) Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) state certification Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player Self‑motivated, takes initiative, anticipate the needs of others and willing to acquire new skills.
