Associate Service Professional (Fort Mill)

What You Will Be Doing:
- Serving as a trusted first point of contact for advisors and investors, handling 25–30 inbound interactions per day—resolving everything from straightforward account questions to complex transactions. This is a high-impact, phone-based role with structured training, hands-on coaching, and a clear path to grow your skills across core service areas like Move Money, New Accounts, and Account Transfers.
Role Logistics:
- 12-month contract
- Location: Fort Mill, SC
- Onsite from Day 1 during training; transition to remote after training based on team needs and business requirements
- Shift within an 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET coverage window, Monday–Friday (assigned by business need; 4x10s or 5x8s options)
- Start date: October 13th, 2026
- Pay rate: $21–$24/hr, depending on experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 0–2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role (recent graduates welcome)
- High-volume, phone-based customer service experience and comfort being on calls throughout the day
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving with an ownership mindset (able to research, take initiative, and drive resolution)
- Ability to navigate multiple systems/tools simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process- and compliance-focused documentation
- Preferred: financial services exposure (education or work experience); SIE exam completed; experience supporting advisors, investors, or banking/financial clients; back-office processing, forms review, or transaction processing; resilience and de-escalation skills
