Fueled by Passion, Purpose and Technology.At Slide, you will not only be part of a successful team, but you will also be a part of our Slide Vibe/award winning culture where collaboration and innovation are expected, recognized and awarded!As a Licensing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring licensing compliance across the organization while partnering with teams throughout the business to support operational excellence and regulatory readiness.What You'll DoManage licensing and registration activities for producers, adjusters, entities, and licensed employees across multiple jurisdictionsMonitor license renewals, regulatory requirements, and compliance deadlines to ensure continuous complianceMaintain licensing records, documentation, and audit trails while supporting regulatory examinations and auditsPartner with People Operations, Legal, Claims, and Underwriting on licensing-related initiatives and requirementsIdentify compliance risks, recommend solutions, and support remediation efforts when neededDrive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and licensing compliance metricsWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Compliance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of insurance licensing or regulatory compliance experienceHands-on experience with NIPR, Sircon, and state insurance department portalsStrong understanding of producer, adjuster, and entity licensing requirementsExperience in Homeowners or Property & Casualty insurance preferredStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a high attention to detailDesire to live Slide's Core ValuesWhat Slide Offers To You The Slide Vibe - An opportunity to be a part of a fun and innovation-driven culture fueled by Passion, Purpose and Technology!
