Shift Lead‑Sales (Full‑Time) – Bethel Bakery | Bethel Park, PA – $15–$16/hour (based on experience) We are a family‑owned retail bakery looking for a friendly and dependable Shift Lead who enjoys leading by example and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities Welcome every customer with a smile and exceptional service. Lead and support Sales Associates during the shift. Keep bakery displays clean, organized, and fully stocked. Accurately handle cash and credit transactions using our POS system. Complete opening/closing tasks, including brewing coffee, tagging items, and securing the store. Qualifications 1 year of retail or customer service experience (leadership experience is a plus). Strong communication, basic math, and multitasking skills. Ability to lift 30 pounds and stay active throughout the shift. Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail. Team‑first mindset and pride in doing great work. Schedule Full‑time, 5 days, 40 hours/week. Rotating 8‑hour shifts (opening and closing). Monday–Saturday with one weekday off. No late nights (close at 6:00 p.m.). Closed Sundays and major holidays.
