Client Service Representative (CSR) - Part Time (AM Shift) Mission Viejo, CA Schedule Part‑Time AM Shift Shift Hours: Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (24/7 Emergency & Urgent Care Hospital) Proposed Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00/hours Plus Shift Differentials: +$3/hr for all hours worked Friday 6 PM - Monday 8 AM About Us Animal Emergency of South Orange County (previously Animal Urgent Care of South Orange County), a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is a fast‑paced, high‑performing emergency hospital proudly serving our community with compassion and excellence for over 20 years. As we continue expanding our 24/7 operations, we are seeking a confident and compassionate Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our emergency team. Our CSRs are the first point of contact for pet owners during some of their most stressful moments and play a vital role in delivering calm, professional, and supportive care from check‑in through discharge.
