Candidates should be available to start within 30 days, and relocation assistance may be discussed for qualified applicants.Required QualificationsActive and unrestricted New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license.Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Minimum of three (3) years of Registered Nurse experience.Ability to begin employment within 30 days.Strong critical thinking, communication, and emergency assessment skills.Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.Previous emergency department or trauma care experience.Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and multidisciplinary team collaboration.The ideal candidate is a confident and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse who excels in high-pressure situations and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
