They need to hire a knowledgeable part‑time live‑out temporary night babysitter to assist with supporting Mom and the baby overnight, ideally from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. or 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Responsibilities Help establish a routine for the baby, focusing on sleep, feeding, and general nursery care.
