SAP Vertex Functional Consultant

Job Description Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to SAP–Vertex and SAP–Vertex integration. Troubleshoot tax determination issues across Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Finance modules. Analyze logs, RFC connectivity, and API calls between SAP and Vertex. Ensure timely resolution as per SLA and document root cause analysis.
