Overview We are looking for a full-time CT and/or MRI Field Service Engineer, who will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, installations, and repairs on GE CT and/or MRI systems both in the field and at the company warehouse. Must have the ability to problem-solve and work independently to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Ideal candidate would be someone who can hit the ground running, who prides themselves on being self-sufficient, and is interested in working for a small company where they have a direct impact on company success. This role requires a presence onsite at the warehouse in Centennial, Colorado when not in the field. Travel expectations is up to 25% including both on-call and scheduled service. Responsibilities Provide on-demand phone and on-site support Receive service calls from customers, determine customer needs/problems, and respond accordingly Evaluate and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating when needed Plan, schedule, and execute planned maintenance (PM) activities Write and submit service reports to customers in a timely manner Safely perform on-site system installations and de-installations Test and repair current warehouse inventory (CT, MRI, etc.) Help maintain warehouse, parts, tools, and supplies Help to prepare, re-condition, and maintain mobile CT/MR trailers, as needed Support sales activities and establish and maintain good relationships with customers Provide simple application support in-person or over-the-phone, as needed Support company-wide initiatives and projects Duties and responsibilities are subject to modification to fit the needs of the business and as deemed necessary by management Requirements High School Diploma At least 2 years of experience working on electronic or mechanical equipment Ability to travel up to 25% Must be willing to be on-call, including weekends and holidays Ability to learn by cross-training Desire to be customer facing Ability to lift and/or move at least 50 lbs Preferred An Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or military-trained in electronics, equivalent certified electrical training or equivalent experience servicing medical equipment Field Service Experience servicing GE CT and/or MRI systems Siemens CT/MRI experience Skills Desired Ability to work independently and proactively Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Service-oriented mentality with a focus on customer satisfaction Proactive, hands-on team player with a positive and collaborative attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and reliability Familiar with working in a healthcare environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to adhering to all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA Benefits Medical insurance (100% employer paid premium) Dental insurance (100% employer paid premium) Vision insurance (100% employer paid premium)Simple IRA with company match PTO and paid holidays Paid maternity & paternity leave Vehicle stipend Company-provided cell phone, computer, and tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
