We are actively hiring multiple Retail Sales Associates for immediate start dates. This is an excellent opportunity for customer service professionals, hospitality backgrounds, restaurant team members, and entry-level candidates looking to build experience in sales, customer service, marketing, and leadership development .

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on paid training, one-on-one mentorship, and a clear path for career growth into leadership and management roles .

What You’ll Do

Engage with customers in a retail and event-based environment
Deliver professional face-to-face sales presentations
Assist customers with product selection and service options
Build strong customer relationships through excellent customer service
Support sales promotions, product launches, and in-store campaigns
Answer customer questions and provide a positive customer experience
Work closely with leadership on sales goals and daily performance metrics
Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, communication, and leadership development
