\n \nJob Description
\nInternal/Family Medicine Physician or Geriatrician needed in Maple Heights, Ohio. The primary focus of the Internal/Family Physician or Geriatrician is to provide all-inclusive care to geriatric and chronically ill patient populations.
\n \nDetails:
\n• Permanent, full-time position
\n• Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
\n• Average 18 - 20 patients per day
\n• Physician will see the same patient an average of once per month
\n• Shared, telephonic call
\n• EMR: Own proprietary system similar to Epic/Allscripts

\n• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
\n• Current Ohio medical license
\n• BLS certification
\n• Active DEA certification
\n• At least one year of experience post residency
