$25 - $29 hourly
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
* Welcome patients with genuine warmth and prepare them comfortably for their treatment
* Assist the dentist and hygienists chairside, anticipating needs and keeping procedures smooth
* Select, set up, and sterilize instruments and equipment according to protocol
* Operate Cerec scanning and milling, iTero scanning, and assist with Invisalign and cosmetic cases
* Provide clear, compassionate post-op and oral hygiene instructions
* Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms
* Manage accurate patient records, scheduling, and payment procedures
* Perform lab tasks and support the team wherever the day takes you

* Someone who gets it. You don't need things spelled out twice, and you take pride in doing the job right
What You Bring
* Proven dental assisting experience (required)
* Solid knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
* Experience with Cerec, iTero, and Invisalign attachment and delivery (preferred)
* Comfort with Open Dental software and office technology
* Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with patients
* A genuine passion for patient care and the experience you create
