Role Overview: As a Caregiver at Assisting Hands North Austin, you will be responsible for providing personalized, non-medical support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or on-call, you’ll have the flexibility to align your schedule with the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive personal care and support to clients in their homes. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Document and communicate any changes in clients' health or conditions to the care team. Uphold the values of integrity, compassion, and advocacy while delivering care. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Compassionate nature and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work flexible shifts including full-time, part-time, and on-call. Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is advantageous. Dedication to maintaining client confidentiality and trust. Bonus If You: Have certifications in first aid or CPR. Possess special training in geriatric care or similar fields. Are bilingual, with proficiency in additional languages. Employment Type & Availability: This position offers Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call shifts, with flexible availability desired including weekdays and weekends.
