Position Overview The Public Finance Clerk is an entry-level position assisting bond paralegals and other team members with the operations of the public law and finance practice group, which may include: Collecting, organizing, and scanning documents Preparing, proofreading, and filing documents and correspondence Follow up and finalization of bond issue documents Transcript production Tracking calendars and deadlines Filing required state and federal forms Researching prior client filings Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Schedule Full-time (7.25-hour workday), Monday through Friday, with some flexibility for start and end times during regular office hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm). This position requires work to be done at the office and does not allow for hybrid or remote work. Salary Range and Other Compensation $50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. Addtional compensation may include annual performance-based bonuses.
