Company Overview Pantheon Data (a Kenific Holding company) is a private, small business based in the Washington, DC, area. Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. Position Overview Pantheon Data is seeking an experienced Technical Lead Developer to support Civil Engineering and/or Cybersecurity initiatives through Power Platform development, process automation, dashboard creation, and data management solutions. This role focuses on modernizing workflows, maintaining applications and databases, supporting project prioritization efforts, and delivering technical training and stakeholder enablement. The ideal candidate will have strong application development and automation experience, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Provide technical development and implementation support for Civil Engineering and/or mission support processes through Power Platform workflow development, process automation, data management, application strategy, and Machine Learning enablement. Provide support to include maturing the current technical design approach, documenting functional specifications (e.g., governance, permission groups, workflows, standard coding, etc.), maintaining databases, training content and lessons learned. Provide recommendations for innovative process updates, if identified, to combine disparate processes where applicable. Provide technical coding, implementation, development, training, and stakeholder enablement for modernized project prioritization efforts. Provide support to sustain and maintain mobile applications, dashboards, databases, process automations, Application Programming Interface, automated workflows, Power Queries, chatbots developed on Power Platform. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Management, Engineering, or Business/Financial/IT related field. Technical development certification: CompTIA or equivalent/similar IT certification. 10+ years of application development and database management experience. 5+ years automation and dashboard development experience. Expertise in Civil Engineering, Cybersecurity on data management, strategic priorities, and cyber strategy. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work effectively remotely in cross‑functional teams. Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work. Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience supporting DHS or USCG. Technical leadership and mentorship with solution‑oriented creativity. Strong documentation and knowledge sharing within an agile project management environment. Team collaboration across tech and engineering that can have adaptability to emerging technologies. Patience and empathy in training and enablement. Clearance Requirements U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Work Location Hybrid – USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus in D.C.) Our company prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely. If the position is remote or hybrid, you may periodically work from a Pantheon Data office location or client site. If this position is assigned to a Pantheon Data office location or client site, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for specific client requirements. Compensation The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $190,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
