Location: Johnson City, TN & Surrounding Area

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 / year + Lucrative Bonus Potential

About the Role

Are you a proven multi-unit leader looking for stability, career progression, and the resources to win? Our team—the 2025 Burger King Franchisee of the Year —is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee a network of Burger King locations in the Johnson City, TN area.

As a District Manager, you will serve as the operational anchor for your patch of restaurants. You will lead, mentor, and empower your General Managers to drive sales growth, deliver top-tier guest satisfaction, maintain operational excellence, and build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Drive execution of Burger King brand standards, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service across all district locations.
  

• Financial Leadership: Take full P&L accountability for your district. Analyze metrics to optimize food cost, labor, guest counts, and overall store profitability.
  

• Talent Development: Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-tier General Managers and bench talent. Build strong succession plans within your market.
  

• Culture & Accountability: Foster a positive, high-energy environment aligned with our values while keeping teams focused on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of successful multi-unit operations experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or Fast Casual concept required (Burger King or major QSR brand experience preferred).
  

• Proven Track Record: History of achieving sales targets, managing labor/food costs, and developing restaurant managers into multi-unit leaders.
  

• Leadership & Drive: Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a hands-on leadership style.
  

• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily throughout the Johnson City, TN district.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 / year (commensurate with experience)
