Brokerage Marketing Coordinator

Our team provides a full range of services, including general brokerage, property management, asset management, and development services. We operate exclusively in Texas’ major markets: Dallas‑Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. We are seeking a Brokerage Marketing Coordinator to join our corporate office in the Uptown area of Dallas. Responsibilities Provide high-level marketing and administrative support to the Brokerage group. Manage company-wide email blasts. Assist with the development of custom listing proposals, BOVs, brochures, and offering memorandums. Manage transaction process from initial pitch to closing. Collaborate with the marketing team, financial analyst, photographers, building ownership, and management. Consistently follow up with all internal and external team members on material needed. Create and maintain weekly reporting for internal team and property ownership. Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information as needed. Upkeep of master contact database. Research market data to create quarterly newsletters. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3-5 years of commercial real estate administrative and marketing experience required. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet tight deadlines. Excellent computer skills and graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Design Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
