Assisting residents with medication reminders and ensuring proper adherence. Collaborating effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. We're Looking for a CMA Who: Possesses a current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in Pennsylvania. Has a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting, with a preference for senior care experience. Demonstrates strong compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to serve seniors. Exhibits excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration. Possesses effective communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families.
