You will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests through your bartending skills and engaging personality.What You’ll Do:Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks, according to recipes and established standards.Guest Service: Provide Exceptional Guest Service by greeting Guests, taking orders, and making menu recommendations. Engage with Guests, build rapport, and create a positive dining experience.Bar Setup and Maintenance: Set up the bar area, ensuring it is well-stocked with all necessary supplies, including liquor, glassware, garnishes, and utensils. Monitor and manage inventory levels.Mixology: Create unique and innovative cocktails, staying updated on industry trends. Ensure the correct use of ingredients, techniques, and equipment to consistently deliver high-quality beverages.Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card payments, and operate the cash register accurately. Adhere to cash-handling policies and procedures.Safety and Sanitation: Follow health and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service and food safety practices. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the bar area.Teamwork: Collaborate with other restaurant Team Members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure a seamless dining experience for Guests. Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about the restaurant's menu, promotions, and special events.
