Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist

A/R, Credit & Collections Specialist Torrance, CA | Fully Onsite $25-27/hour | Contract with Potential for Hire A well-established manufacturing and consumer products company is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to join its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone with credit and collections experience in a manufacturing environment who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Full onsite position Contract role with potential for permanent hire Pay Rate: $25-27/hour Start Date: ASAP Qualifications 1+ year of credit and collections experience Manufacturing industry experience required EDI experience is a plus Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to manage a high volume of accounts Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and collection activities Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Research and resolve payment discrepancies Review customer credit information and support credit decisions Maintain accurate account records and documentation Partner with internal teams to ensure timely payment and issue resolution All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
