Sales Executive

Sales Executive – Specialty Coatings, Adhesives, Hot Metal Coatings We are seeking a highly specialized Sales Executive with experience in selling industrial coatings, adhesives, and paints to building product companies and manufacturing firms . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hot metal coatings, water-based adhesives, and custom formulations across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales within industrial manufacturing and building product sectors . Identify, target, and engage key decision-makers within industrial manufacturing. Utilize strong prospecting skills to generate new business opportunities. Present and position hot melt adhesives and specialty coatings as tailored solutions for customer needs. Manage time effectively to maximize sales outreach and customer engagement . Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of outside sales experience in industrial coatings, adhesives, or paints. Proven ability to navigate industrial manufacturing environments and understand their operational needs. Strong understanding of hot melt adhesives and water-based coatings in various applications. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills . Self-motivated with effective time management and strategic sales planning abilities.
