Technology Transactions & Privacy Attorney We are instructed by our client, an Am Law 50 firm, with an excellent opportunity for a Technology Transactions & Privacy Associate to join its San Francisco office. The Role: You’ll provide strategic guidance on privacy and technology transactions, including drafting policies, performing assessments, and advising clients on complex, high-profile issues. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance and mitigate risk in rapidly evolving technology and privacy landscapes. Ideal Background: 3–5 years of experience handling technology transactions, privacy, or data protection matters. Experience advising on U.S. federal and state privacy laws is required. Strong academic credentials and prior large law firm experience. Familiarity with privacy programs, data mapping, impact assessments, and high-risk technology areas (AI, adtech, health data, biometric or youth data) is highly desirable.
