As an experienced Supply Chain Technical Architect, you will lead the design and evolution of our supply chain technology landscape. Join us and be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.What You Will DoOwn and lead the technical architecture for a portfolio of Intelligent Digital Supply Chain (IDSC) applicationsAct as the architecture lead, driving design across Digital (ERP, Integration and Data)Define and implement data architecture strategies, including data models, pipelines, and governance frameworksDesign and oversee system integrations across ERP platforms using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures by partnering with Data Platform teamPartner closely with business stakeholders to translate supply chain requirements into scalable, high-impact solutionsLead architecture reviews, standards, and governance, ensuring consistency and best practices across the ecosystem through partnership with Enterprise ArchitectDrive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, platform consolidation, and legacy transformationEnsure data quality and availability to support analytics, reporting, and decision-makingMentor and guide engineering teams, providing technical leadership across projects and programsCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelinesCommunicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders on a regular cadenceWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience8–12+ years of experience in IT, with strong focus on Supply Chain systems and architectureStrong background in data architecture and data engineering (ETL/ELT, data modeling, data platforms)Proven experience managing or architecting complex, multi-application environments (5+ systems)Hands-on experience with integration technologies (e.g., APIs, SAP, MuleSoft, or similar platforms)Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data ecosystemsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to lead in complex, fast-paced environmentsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsKey CompetenciesSupply Chain end to end process and multiple ERPs preferably SAPData Architecture, AI, Snowflake and analytics (Power BI) enablementGlue (ETL), AWS Cloud Services, Serverless Architecture SQL and PythonStrong understanding of Enterprise Integration Multi-Application Architecture leadershipWhat Will Put You AheadA data-first mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes Ability to simplify complex architectures and reduce technical debt Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution Experience driving digital transformation in supply chain environments Commitment to continuous improvement and innovationFor this role, we anticipate paying $160,000 - $180,000 per year.
