Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1713.60/week -

Job Summary:

Provides immediate acute care to emergency patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing services.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions swiftly upon arrival and prioritize care needs.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and established protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status promptly.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control procedures.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license in the state of Louisiana or state-recognized equivalent.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in emergency nursing.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  
  
• 
  Possess BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications prior to start date.
  
  
• 
  Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
