Responsibilities: As a Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney, you will: 1. Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense matters, including complex litigation. 2. Provide expert legal advice to clients on various aspects of insurance law and commercial litigation. 3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations. 4. Actively participate in dispute resolution processes, including mediation and negotiations. 5. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in insurance law and related areas. 7. Provide legal consulting to clients, explaining complex legal concepts and scenarios in an understandable manner. 8. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney position will have: 1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A current license to practice law. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a strong focus on insurance law and commercial litigation. 4.
