In the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. As a valued member of the Optimum door-to-door team, you will work in a fast‑paced consumer environment, guiding customers through our full suite of Optimum products and services such as high-speed internet, advanced TV, mobile, and voice technologies, ensuring the best solution fits their needs. Responsibilities Customized Solutions: Craft tailored telecom packages for customers. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with latest offerings, pricing plans, and technology. Sales Pitch: Persuade customers in the field, address concerns and objections. Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction. Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports accurately. Relationship Building: Provide post‑sales support and assistance, turning customers into advocates. Team Collaboration: Share insights and strategies with team members to achieve collective goals. Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions: High school diploma or equivalent. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Proficient computer and technical skills. Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, car insurance, and clear driving record. Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk. Must be able to work full time. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual preferred for diverse customer communication. Sales‑centric mindset with passion for meeting targets. Extensive product knowledge of mobile and fixed‑line services. Digital proficiency in CRM, POS, and related software.
