Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$2186.88/week - Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shift coverage in a Medical Surgical unit. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, ensuring safety, and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence. Responsibilities: Apply the Nursing Process to deliver care for patients across all age groups, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Document patient care thoroughly, following regulatory guidelines and hospital policies. Demonstrate clinical competencies and pursue ongoing professional development. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs and safety standards. Maintain flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Utilize electronic medical record systems and basic computer skills to manage patient information efficiently. Qualifications: Must possess an active state or compact nursing license at the time of submission. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Medical Surgical setting preferred. Travel experience is advantageous. Certification in BLS is required; Epic charting experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with professionalism.
