Contact Center Manager

UC Davis Health System

UC Davis Health is seeking a Contact Center Manager to lead operational aspects of the Patient Contact Center, including patient and agent support, service delivery, and process improvement. This role supports the Specialty and/or Ancillary Services teams within the PCC and requires a strong focus on patient experience and staff engagement. A cover letter is highly encouraged.
