About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Platform Partnerships to lead strategic custodial partnerships within its financial services platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and operational excellence in wealth management, shaping industry advancements, and influencing the dynamic role of the company in the market. This pivotal position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance partner relationships, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring that the platform integrates seamlessly into the wealth management ecosystem. The role also requires the use of cutting-edge technology to streamline processes, contribute to the organization's growth by identifying partnership expansion opportunities, and building influence to drive collaboration across diverse teams and regions. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Arts degree with a strong academic background, a minimum of 10 years' experience in wealth management, custodial operations, or strategic relationship management, and in-depth knowledge of custodial infrastructure and trade execution for alternative investments. The role demands a proven ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, strong project management skills, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, and an analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. The SVP will be expected to design and implement strategic plans for custodial partnerships, manage relationships with service providers, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate internal efforts to ensure seamless operational execution and partnership integration.
