About the Opportunity

We are looking for Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our physician-owned, democratic group, providing emergency services throughout the Methodist Hospital System in San Antonio. This role offers genuine partnership, flexible scheduling, and the chance to work in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Key Highlights:

• Sign-On Bonus: $80,000
• Compensation: Competitive base salary plus RVU incentive model
• Partnership: Equal partnership available after 1,500 hours
• Scheduling: Flexible options with a choice of locations and shifts
• Loan Forgiveness: Eligible for HCA Resident Stipend Forgiveness Program
• Accessibility: All practice sites located within 20-25 minutes on the North Side
• Faculty Opportunities: Available for those interested in a new Emergency Medicine Residency Program
• Support: Strong APP and ancillary support
• Volume: High-volume, diverse acuity with over 150,000 annual ED visits

Qualifications

• MD/DO with ABEM or AOBEM Board Certification or Eligibility
• Completion of an EM residency (ACGME or AOA)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Desire for long-term practice stability and ownership
